BENNINGTON — Nathan McKeen is Vermont’s state parks superintendent and Medical Matters Weekly’s next guest. Viewers are invited to tune in at noon on Wednesday, July 13 and experience all the wellness and other entertainment opportunities available in the parks system.

McKeen studied forestry at the University of Maine and worked for the Connecticut and Vermont state park systems. He served for 2 and a half years in Senegal, West Africa with the Peace Corps. He began his career with the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation as a park manager at Little River State Park in Waterbury. Since then, he has held various management positions in the Parks Division and the Forestry Division. In addition, he served for several years on his local school board and conservation commission.
